The demolition process included:
- Soft Strip-Out: All materials (wood, scrap metal, etc.) were segregated on-site for disposal or recycling.
- Hand Demolition: Necessary in areas too close to adjacent buildings for mechanical equipment.
- Excavator Work: Three 35-tonne excavators equipped with hydraulic crushers, steel cutting shears, and hammers were used for efficient demolition.
